How many rope access technicians does it take to change a lightbulb?

Yesterday it took me two hours to change a bulb in my headlight. What i want to know is why don't they make these things easier for you? The bulb was held in with a super strong spring which you couldn't get to cos of the coolant system. What a joke! In the end i had to bash the catch off with a file. Ridiculous!
